Grilled Tuna Avocado Melt

Ingredients
  • 1 tin of tuna
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 stalk of green onion
  • ¾ of a cup of grated cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 slices of sandwich bread
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, add the tuna, mayo, olive oil, chopped green onion and season with salt and pepper. Mix to combine.
  2. Spread the tuna mixture onto one slice of bread.
  3. Top with sliced avocado and grated cheese.
  4. Top with another slice of bread.
  5. Grill the sandwich until the cheese is melted.
