Grilled Tuna Avocado Melt

- 1 tin of tuna
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 stalk of green onion
- ¾ of a cup of grated cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
- 2 slices of sandwich bread
- In a bowl, add the tuna, mayo, olive oil, chopped green onion and season with salt and pepper. Mix to combine.
- Spread the tuna mixture onto one slice of bread.
- Top with sliced avocado and grated cheese.
- Top with another slice of bread.
- Grill the sandwich until the cheese is melted.
